PSEO Ordering & Return Process

PSEO students are able to use their required textbooks and materials free of charge through the PSEO program. At the end of the semester, all materials must be returned to the SCC Campus Store by the posted deadline.

How to charge your online order to the PSEO program:

• Choose used books when available.
• At checkout, select the Student Account/PSEO/Other payment method and enter your SCC student ID number (Tech ID).
  • Do not use a credit/debit card for payment.
• Type "PSEO" in the Order Comments field.

The PSEO program does NOT cover:

1. Optional/recommended items: If you wish to have these items, you will need to purchase them yourself using another method of payment.
2. General merchandise: Any school supplies, clothing, or gifts are not covered by the PSEO program. Required kits and course supplies are covered by PSEO.

How to return your PSEO materials at the end of the semester:

PSEO textbooks and supplies must be returned to either the North Mankato or Faribault Campus Store by the PSEO return deadline.

• Non-returned or damaged books will result in a charge for the USED price of each item placed on the student’s account. A hold will be placed on your academic record until your bill is paid.
• Books must be returned without excessive highlighting, damage, missing pages, water damage, etc. to avoid replacement charges.
• No late returns will be accepted.

Please note: PSEO students who drop/withdraw from a course must return all textbooks and supplies within five (5) business days.

Items not required back at the end of the semester:

• USED stand-alone access codes (Ex. Cengage Unlimited, Revel, Hawkes Math Codes, etc.)
• USED Supply kits
• USED Art kits
• USED Lab & lecture packets
• USED Instructor made packets
• USED Culinary program knife sets
