Q: I ordered a digital book, how do I access it?
A: South Central College uses both RedShelf and VitalSource as our digital book providers. Your digital book can be accessed through your bookstore website account by clicking on the "My Account" button, entering the information you used when you placed your order, and then scrolling down to "Activate and Access eBooks". You will want to click on the image of the book/code you are wanting to use which will bring you to either the RedShelf or VitalSource website to continue registering your product.
You will also receive an email with instructions sent to the email address you used when you placed your South Central College online order. Questions about digital textbooks should be directed to the company providing the materials.

Q: I ordered a digital book but no longer need it, can I return it?
A: Due to the nature of digital and e-books, all sales are final after purchase once activated. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
The South Central College bookstore is unable to ship to PO Boxes. Please use a physical street address for your order, or select an on-campus in-store pickup at checkout.
